For the installation of the factory Monte Car Tyres was built a building from scratch which obeys the most demanding international standards for factories of this type. It consists of an area for the storage of carcasses, the manufacturing line, engine room, reception and offices, cold room for rubber, warehouse of finished product and changing rooms for staff. The construction area is 1,700 m2. All the equipment is completely new and high technology.

The Italian manufacturer of retreading machinery ITALMATIC was responsible for providing almost all of the equipment. We highlight the presence of a xerographic machine from the manufacturer German STEINBICHLER sensing the separation of fabrics used on the carcasses.

The production line includes an autoclave for 24 heavy tyres and a press for 4 x 4 tyres.
